Climate Loan! Insects grown by First World Country to Suck Poor Country

The Earth Common home of all living thing. We had grown well and we had learned well.Every individual has right to live peacefully and their own way by following local law, national law and international law. No is allowed to harm the other. No family is allowed to harm the other family. No society is allowed to harm the other society, no community is allowed to harm the other community and no country is allowed to harm the other country.

The climate change is increasing rapidly and due to climate change the poor and under developed country are greatly suffered from it.But the poor country are not the major cause of climate change. They are the victims of climate change. The countries who are mainly responsible for climate change are the developed countries. They are mainly responsible for the climate change. Due to climate change the people of poor and underdeveloped are horrified and get mental tensed. They are uncertain about their future and they are worried about the future of the world.

The countries who makes the environment worst are giving loan to the countries who are suffered from the climate change. Look at the foolishness of these countries. We are suffered from the climate change so why we can pay for the climate change.

These developed countries are not signing the treaties to control the climatic change. They know that they are mainly responsible for the climate change but the behave like innocent. Is this the justice that they are doing. Where are the human right, where is the concept of universal brotherhood. Why they don't think about us? Don't we have right to live peacefully and without fair.

These countries has strict rules and regulation inside the country for their own people that we have too.But we didn't harm the other countries. But these developed countries are affecting the other countries like us. These countries has pay compensation to the poor countries for affecting them. But they telling us that you should pay for it(indirectly in the form of Climate Loan!). These countries are selfish, if the environment degraded no one will survive from it:either it might be the poor one or the developed only the difference is that the poor one suffers earlier than the developed one.

If no current action is taken suddenly by these developed country to control the climate change their future is also in danger. They have to bring different program to conserve and prevents global warming and stops the degrading of climate not in the form of Climate Loan! but in the form of different environment controlling program. The poor and underdeveloped can't bear the loan at any cost.

Its a great challenge to the leaders of the world to control and maintain proper environment climatic condition by controlling global warming.

TES Society Controls The Techonlogy............

Society Controls of Technology
The group of people living in a place which are of different race, culture and religion forms the society. In society we are living with mutual understanding and cooperative manner. The knowledge of people leads to the development of science and thus the technology. The present age is called the technology age. We found technology in every sector of society. Technology is advanced and we are using the technology at low cost due to rapid development of new technology. With the increasing in use of technology the great question come in concern that “ Is Society Controls the Technology or the Technology Controls the Society ?”
In my view Society Controls the Technology, technology just act as a catalyst for those who work to keep society stable, it allows them to work more efficiently and productively. It doesn’t mean that without technology we can’t able to work.
Let us consider the example of farmers from Biratnagar and Jumla, the farmer of Biratnagar used the tracker and other new equipment to grow crops where as the farmer of Jumla just uses the traditional equipment to grow crops, he does not know about the technology what the use of technology for them, but they too growing the crops.
Our society is formed by mutual understanding and relationship between the people of society. For forming the mutual understanding and relationship in the society our physical presence must be there in the society time to time and we must take part in function and programs organized in the society. We can’t create this relation by using cell phone or using pc and chat. We have hundreds and thousand of friends in web but we can’t create real relationship with them.
Let us take another example toilet paper has been developed in 1920s, and mostly used in developed country but in our country people feel uneasy to use them because they are not habited to use them and thus they don’t use. Thus they control the technology not the technology control them.
The development of “Human” in factory by the use of genetic engineering is an issue and most of the people are against it because they think that if it happen than stronger people developed from factory can dominate the weaker people. Similarly the will be unemployment and thus creates the war between the haves and haves not.
Let us take the example of people who flows the Muslim religion, the don’t use family controlling measures. They believe in “Quran” and thus they don’t use any family controlling measures. Thus their society too control the technology.
Thus we can conclude that Society Control the Technology not the technology control the society.

Leighton Andrews attacks union's 24-person survey

Education minister Leighton Andrews has criticised a teaching union survey as "pathetic" and "baloney" for using a sample of 24 people.

Headteachers union NAHT Cymru said half of headteachers surveyed believed an assembly government reform on schools sharing good practice "will fail".

Mr Andrews called the survey "ridiculous" because of its size.

The union defended its methodology and said Mr Andrews' comments were "not the language expected from a minister".

The education minister hit out after the union published its "snapshot" survey on the assembly government's School Effectiveness Framework (SEF) reform.

It selected a dozen headteachers and a dozen teachers to be interviewed for their experience and opinions of the reform.

The survey in September claimed to reveal "widespread confusion over how SEF will be delivered" with more than 90% saying they "saw mounting paperwork".

However, all but one of those interviewed said they believed SEF was a "good policy on paper," the NAHT said.

Mr Andrews responded with strongly worded criticism on the assembly government's website.

He said: "The survey from the NAHT is pathetic. This is baloney. The fact that they have asked only 12 heads and 12 practitioners and would use this as a representative picture of Wales as a whole is ridiculous."

He said the "great buy-in to the SEF" included more than 860 people attending four events in Wales to learn about the reform.

Iwan Guy, acting director of NAHT Cymru, defended the methodology of the teaching union's survey and said he was not interested in "a slanging match" with Mr Andrews.

He said: "It was a snapshot survey following many concerns that headteachers have raised.

"We selected a very carefully chosen group of headteachers and teachers - some had worked on the pilot study, some had worked with SEF, others were very sceptical but had come to be supportive and vice versa.

"We would defend the methodology. It was not a random selection. It was conducted by an in-depth interview."

Mr Guy added: "It is not the sort of language we would expect from a minister."

He said that many of the people who had attended the four SEF events described by Mr Andrews were not headteachers and said an "embarrassing" number of delegates at the conferences had left at lunchtime and not returned.

NAHT Cymru has a membership of 1,300 headteachers and deputy headteachers, the majority in primary schools.

Philippines Super Typhoon Megi heads to China

At least 10 people have been killed in the Philippines by a typhoon which hit the north of the country on Monday.

Officials say the toll could rise; communications links are down and the full extent of damage is not known.

Typhoon Megi was the strongest to hit the Philippines for several years and caused significant damage, tearing the roofs off houses and cutting power.

It has now passed over the main island, Luzon, and is heading towards the southern coast of China.

Floods in Vietnam have swept travellers away and flooded thousands of homes, killing at least 31 people, with 23 people missing.

Flash floods have also hit northern Thailand's Nakhon Ratchasima province.

Forecasters say the typhoon is now heading towards southern China, where heavy weather is predicted by the weekend.

On the southern Chinese island of Hainan, the rain prompted more than 100,000 people to leave their homes over the weekend.
Philippines prepared?

Four people were killed on Monday in Pangasinan province, north of the capital, Manila - three were a mother and her children crushed in their house by a falling tree.

The fourth person was killed by lightning, a national Red Cross spokesman Alex Rosete said.

A storm surge at the coastal town of Maconacon in Isabela province, further north, drowned three more people, the provincial governor Faustino Dy said.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council had earlier reported three people killed elsewhere in the north of Luzon, the Philippines' main island, but the details remain unclear.

Typhoon Megi was the strongest to hit the country in four years, with its full force directed at the northern coastal provinces and the Cagayan valley.

It was a category five super typhoon with winds in excess of 250 km/h (155 mph) when it hit the east coast of north Luzon shortly before noon on Monday.

The agriculture department has estimated that at least 10% of the region's rice crop had been damaged.

However, aid officials are hoping the human cost will stay low, and crediting a rare degree of preparedness, including evacuations, for the relatively low toll.

what happen after break up?

What is love ? The true feeling of trueness or closeness or the attraction or the illusion in the mind and heart is love.

what is life ?
I mean the meaning is love. coz we are here becoz of love . we do anything for the love either u know that love in direct or indirect. The love for living. The love for success and the love for life is all love.

The love and life are the same thing and we leave the love and keep the life apart from it we think it is we doing but we can't.

you define love in your own word and is suited for you.

Actually most of we belive love is for happyness and the joys is that we right?

what happen if our love is not success and we are not able to achive our true lover.

Is that our love is fake or just the wrong thing or crime that we committed.

In general the girls do true love than the boys its a true fact from the survey in england and america.

In love we want hear from him/her sight.
We want to talk more and more with him/her.
If we met we don't want to depart from him/her.
I walk side by side.
we talk about the present past and the future of each other and the future of others too.
Even we talk about the way of living of other and want to make the way of living of our is different from them.
we talks about the likes and dislikes of each other and cares the each other likes and dislikes.
We care in talking so that we don't want to hurt each other and we don't want to go against each other feelings.
We hang on the cell phone hours and hours until the battery goes down or until the cell balance goes down.
That we call all about it the love.
Actually love is just a feeling from the deep inside the heart.
When we talk about the love even we spell the world love we feel something pain or indifferent in inner heart so it is love.
We spent most of time goes cafe , garden, beautiful sight temple and celebarate the festival and the occasions with each other.

In doing these the feelings of heart is pure from the sight of true love doer.
The galls totally give up there life to her lover but if that love is mistaken by her lover than she absolutely get hurt. Everyone gets hurt if someone plays with the feeligs of true love doer. This causes a serious problem is deepression.
So for the prevention from it we should take before falling in love with some one.
Love them but not like a everything that u see in him/her. Don't spent lot of time him/her.Don't be unsocialized in love. Love is needed but for love don't leave your friend and pals. Think your life and think positive.

When you get departed from your beloved one than we gets seriously hurt. We cry we call, we enoy we disagree we warmed we feel lonely which leads us the mental problem and we get sick of love. we feel no thing is left in the life and we are alone walking on the endless cricle of life. so we should have to develop new habit and the hobbies that makes free from tension. and try to help other so that they shouldn't have to face the same problem that you had faced already.

IF You Don't Brush Your Teeth Twice a Day, You're More Likely to Develop Heart Disease, Study Finds

IF You Don't Brush Your Teeth Twice a Day, You're More Likely to Develop Heart Disease, Study Finds

ScienceDaily (May 27, 2010) — Individuals who have poor oral hygiene have an increased risk of heart disease compared to those who brush their teeth twice a day, finds research published on the British Medical Journal website.

In the last twenty years there has been increased interest in links between heart problems and gum disease. While it has been established that inflammation in the body (including mouth and gums) plays an important role in the build up of clogged arteries, this is the first study to investigate whether the number of times individuals brush their teeth has any bearing on the risk of developing heart disease, says the research.
The authors, led by Professor Richard Watt from University College London, analysed data from over 11,000 adults who took part in the Scottish Healthy Survey.
The research team analysed data about lifestyle behaviours such as smoking, physical activity and oral health routines. Individuals were asked how often they visited the dentist (at least once every six months, every one to two years, or rarely/never) and how often they brushed their teeth (twice a day, once a day or less than once a day).
On a separate visit nurses collected information on medical history and family history of heart disease, blood pressure and blood samples from consenting adults. The samples enabled the researchers to determine levels of inflammation that were present in the body. The data gathered from the interviews were linked to hospital admissions and deaths in Scotland until December 2007.
The results demonstrate that oral health behaviours were generally good with six out of ten (62%) of participants saying they visit the dentist every six months and seven out ten (71%) reporting that they brush their teeth twice a day.
Once the data were adjusted for established cardio risk factors such as social class, obesity, smoking and family history of heart disease, the researchers found that participants who reported less frequent toothbrushing had a 70% extra risk of heart disease compared to individuals who brushed their teeth twice a day, although the overall risk remained quite low. Particpants who had poor oral hygiene also tested positive for inflammatory markers such as the C-reactive protein and fibrinogen.
Professor Watt concludes: "our results confirmed and further strengthened the suggested association between oral hygiene and the risk of cardiovascular disease -- furthermore inflammatory markers were significantly associated with a very simple measure of poor oral health behaviour." He adds that "future experimental studies will be needed to confirm whether the observed association between oral health behaviour and cardio vascular disease is in fact causal or merely a risk marker."
